We the undersigned, with hand on our Hash Logo, declare the following requirements from all EWSH3 members:
1) EWSH3 is a Hash House Harriers Kennel, Trails utilize any Train conveying members to & from any other Hash House Harriers Event, especially ‘Away weekends’, or for any other drinking purpose.
1a) Use of other Hash's P-arrows Trails to & from afore mentioned events is permitted & will be included as part of an EWSH3 Hash Trail, if they do not exist on alighting - a Trail can be set to the Nearest Public House or the Hash Venue!
2) Official EWSH3 Hi-Vis waistcoats to be worn on all Train Journeys to or from venues mentioned in section 1) & 1a), whenever possible.
3) TOPS (Train Operations Process System) Locomotive numbers from this point will be known as ‘EWS Engine Numbers or DB Schenker Engine’
3a) EWSH3 members are never "Off Duty" and are required to text message the ‘EWSH3 Engine Numbers or DB Schenker Engine’’ encountered on their journey, whether seen from onboard a Train, alighted or just observing Railway Property from a distance, to other EWSH3 members not present at such time!
3b) The minimum number of recipients to be text messaged is one, that one text message being sent to Junior just for annoyance value!
4) Run Fees will only consist of Alcoholic Beverages to be consumed & shared on each EWSH3 Hash, where reasonably possible! (Fosters does not count as Alcohol & should not sully the table!)
5) EWSH3 members must not make up false ‘EWS or DB Schenker Engine Numbers', i.e. Have Six Digits instead of the Regulation TOPS Engine Numbers! Older & Preservation Locomotive Numbers outside of the Class 66 TOPS System will count!
6) EWSH3 members should not be photographed asleep in compromising positions with melted chocolate dribbling from their open mouths, bringing EWSH3 in to disrepute!
7) We shall elect a new Grand Master once a year on a moving Train to a major Hash Event!
8) The word of all the Undersigned is final ..................................................................................................End of!
